Dave Hogaboom
As a Financial Advisor, I have the pleasure of working with young families, those who are mid-career with growing kids, and individuals and couples who want to maximize their enjoyment of post-retirement life. While their concerns may seem unique and different, what they have in common is the desire to plan their financial future. Whether it is saving for college, planning retirement, or looking to pass on wealth to another generation, it is my job to listen carefully to their questions, understand their goals, and provide wealth management strategies.
Daily, I rely on the financial strength of LPL Financial, the #1 Independent Broker Dealer in the U.S*., offering comprehensive tools, market insights, and personalized solutions that allow me to better assist my clients in navigating the complex and ever-changing process of pursuing financial independence.
When I meet with a client, I listen attentively to their concerns, goals, and ideas. I can then draw on my nearly 3 decades of experience to develop a suitable response that is tailored to their needs. As a Financial Advisor, there is no such thing as one-size-fits-all.
Much of my experience, and my broad range of contacts across the country, were developed during the early phases of my career as I served as a Sales Manager and Vice-President for some well-respected names in the financial industry – Kemper, Van Kampen, and Ameriprise. Those years gave me valuable insight into the role of a Broker Dealer and what tools, resources, and strategies help them best serve their clients.
*As reported by Financial Planning magazine, 1996-2023, based on total revenue.
While my professional experience covered the U.S. from coast to coast, I have put down deep roots in my hometown of Arlington Heights. Along with my wife, Colleen, and our four grown children, I have learned the value of being deeply involved in my community. I have had the pleasure to serve on several Boards, including a term as Chairman of the Saint Viator High School Board of Trustees, as well as giving time in a variety of roles at St. James Parish. I am active in the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce, the Arlington Business Group, and have been a proud sponsor of local institutions like the Village of Arlington Heights Special Events Commission and the Metropolis Performing Arts Centre.
I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your financial goals. If you are a business owner or manager, I am also available to discuss employee savings and retirement programs. Let’s get together and see how I can help meet your financial goals.
